Synopsis
The Tree Legends Legend Five The Rainy Day by Elizabeth M. Harrison
Sequoia Red Redwood Tree, through Europus's quick thinking, saves Cornelia Cherry Tree from Burbelly Brook. Lexy Holly Tree is quite unkind to Cornelia. Some of the trees decide to play hide and seek. Then they have fun sliding down the muddy Hill Lane until they are completely exhausted. Did Lexy Holly Tree fall into the Hill Lane mud slide or was she pushed by Chile Pine Monkey Puzzle Tree? Lexy certainly had a fright. But everyone is safe as another Tree Legend ends.About the Author
