Synopsis

Grown Up Stuff by Abbie Young

In a world where grown-ups' dreams are shattered and hearts are broken, there are children left in the middle. While the grown-ups are blaming each other, the children more often than not are blaming themselves. This book is designed to encourage children to talk about their feelings, emotions and experiences surrounding the divorce or separation of their parents. This simple story was inspired by my own children but my dream is that it will help many more along the way.

About the Author

Abbie Young is a thirty something year old mother of two boys who after spending most of her life living in the City of Bath recently relocated to The Royal Forest of Dean for new adventures. To escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life she likes to spend her free time writing stories for young children in rhyme.
