Number Nine by Ian McClellan

Number Nine by Ian McClellan

When Sophie and Miles first meet they instantly form a natural, comfortable friendship. Over the years they develop a strong bond and start to rely on each other in difficult situations. But they both know, there's more to it than that. However, Sophie is already in a relationship, which she keeps convincing herself is a happy one and has a future. Nonetheless, they start a flirtationship, carried out mostly through texting and social media, all the while keeping their relationship close to the line. They both learn to walk away from unhappiness and to run to what makes them happy. To live in the moment. Slowly, they realise their feelings for each other and eventually, have to make choices. Which, luckily for them, they get to do in Los Angeles! Surrounded by zombies and evil kittens! Everyone knows the look of true love, even on a stranger, and it is the power of social networking that helps bring Sophie and Miles together.
