About the Author

A* Mathew Price was born in Thurlestone and educated at various boarding schools. He spent five years at London University, and then worked at Dillon's University Bookshop. His publishing career included time at Hutchinson, Eel Pie Publishing and Blackie, before setting up as a packager in 1983. Mathew is married to a Hawaiian American, Noe and has two children. He has written many books for children, including Join-In Stories for the Very Young, Who Loves You, Baby Bear?, Little Red Car Stories, The Christmas Stockings and the Peepbo Board Books.
