Synopsis

Clues2use Landlubbers on the Jesus Quest by Jean Elliott

This eight-session midweek club programme is designed as a follow-up to the Landlubbers holiday club programme, but it can be used on its own. Using the Jesus Quest DVD (the Jesus film for children), children discover Jesus in their everyday lives - on the bus, in school, at a football match. This is the first time that SU has linked a holiday club and a midweek club programme, promoting a year round approach to reaching children with no church background. From the same series as Streetwise and Awesome , but using the pirate theme of Landlubbers , Clues2Use puts into practice everything learnt from these two strands. This is SU's first holiday club follow-up club. It is written by a practitioner experienced in working with children with no church background. It follows on from the success of Streetwise and Awesome !
