Synopsis

Too Busy for Benjie by Christine Leeson

Benjie Beaver's family are always busy. They work when the sun shines and they work when it rains. They're far too busy to play with Benjie! When Benjie skips off to play with the squirrels and the ducks his sister Bess is cross. She thinks that he should be working too, but Benjie has a surprise for his busy family!

About the Author

Christine Leeson was born in Dublin. She now lives in England and works in a chocolate shop between writing stories. Christine is best known for THE GIFT OF CHRISTMAS, the first MOLLY MOUSE story illustrated by Gaby Hansen. Andy Ellis is an artist and illustrator. He has written and illustrated many books for children, as well as being involved in creating animation series for television. Andy grew up in the country, but moved to London when he was completely grown-up. He still lives there with his wife, also a children's writer, and his two wild daughters.
