Little Brown Bear has a very special wish. He wants to find the best birthday present in the whole world for his mummy. And then he sees it - a glittering, magical star. Perfect! But how does one little bear catch a star from high in the sky and make his dearest wish come true?

About the Author

Gillian Lobel was born in Coventry and studied English at Manchester University. She taught English for many years, as well as tutoring children with special educational needs. Little Bear's Special Wish was her first book with Little Tiger Press. Gaby Hansen was born in South Africa where she attended the School of Art, Ballet, Drama and Music. She moved to London in 1998 and has illustrated several books for Little Tiger Press, Including The Gift Of Christmas, The Wish Cat and Ready For Bed!
