About the Author

Caroline Mockford is the mother of three growing boys. After gaining a degree in fine art from Norwich School of Art, England, she worked as a nursery school teacher, an experience that gave her invaluable insight into how children explore and learn through books. Caroline works mainly in acrylics to achieve the strong and bold colours that are her trademark. Caroline's other work with Barefoot Books includes her popular Cleo series, featuring Cleo's Alphabet Book (HC: 978-1-84148-002-2; PB: 978-1-84148-722-9), Cleo's Colour Book (HC:978-1-90523-629-9), and Cleo's Counting Book (978-1-84148-206-4; PB: 978-1-84148-705-2).
