Slippery Slopes, High Hopes and My Winter Dream Boy by Liz Elwes

Emma and her brother, Will, are spending Christmas with their Dad on a last minute skiing holiday, and Emma can't wait. Having been dumped by text after just one date with her dream boy, Sam Harrson, all she wants to do is escape. And, of course, there's always the chance that she'll meet a gorgeous Austrian hunk on the slopes...But having the skiing ability of Bambi on ice isn't going to help!

Liz Elwes
Liz Elwes lives in north London with her husband and four children and two long-suffering goldfish. She has lived in 26 houses all together because when she was young her father was in the army and her family moved all the time. She had been to 10 schools by the time she was 13 years old, so she’s had plenty of practice at being the new girl. This meant a lot of letter writing. She then went to a convent boarding school in Cambridge which was a relief after all that moving around, though she’s not sure if the nuns were as happy as she was.
