About the Author

Paula Guran is the senior editor of Prime Books and editor of Pocket Books fantasy imprint Juno. She edits the annual Year's Best Dark Fantasy & Horror anthology series. Her previous anthologies include Embraces, Best New Paranormal Romance, Zombies: The Recent Dead, Vampires: The Recent Undead, New Cthulhu: The Recent Weird, and Halloween. Guran has been honored with two Bram Stoker Awards and two World Fantasy Award nominations. She has a daughter and three sons.
