Synopsis

Lucky Luke Tying the Knot by Laurent Gerra

Time for the Daltons to try on a different kind of ball-and-chain! Urgent message for the Dalton brothers: the president has approved a special measure to combat overpopulation in the country's prisons. They're going to be...hanged! Their last hope lies in a little known law that would see them walk free if they were to marry. A frantic Ma Dalton tries to locate brides for her boys, but their reputation precedes them, and the only candidates she eventually locates could well turn out to be a worse choice than the rope...The 45th adventure of Lucky Luke, and the Old West at its funniest!

About the Author

Famous in France for his talent as an impressionist and his humourous one-man shows, Laurent Gerra is also a writer - of his own shows, of course, but also of various political comics and three episodes of Lucky Luke . Achde began drawing comics at age three and has never stopped. Creator of such series as CRS=detresse and Woker (with Widenlocher), he eventually fulfilled a childhood dream when he was asked to take over as artist for Lucky Luke.
