Synopsis

The Tickle Ghost by David McKee, Brett McKee

'The Tickle Ghost is somewhere near. Can you see him? Can you hear? Slowly creeping up the stairs. He'll try to catch me unawares'. But who is the Tickle Ghost? And is he real, or are Dad and Dylan just having a bit of bedtime fun?

Reviews

The illustrations have a simplicity that makes them accessible to all yet with plenty of amusing touches that extends the life of the story beyond just a read or two. * The Bookbag * A playful rendition of what bedtime routines can look like. Lovely big pictures with an easy text to memorise. * Early Years Educator * Colourfully and wittily presented by the McKee father and son devisers of this delightful excursion into the bright side of family life. * The School Librarian * Understated and gentle . . . this would make a fun regular bedtime read. * Armadillo Magazine * David McKee has created some of the most loved characters in contemporary children's books. Here the large blocks of bold colour and pleasantly chubby people are vintage McKee. * Books For Keeps *
