Synopsis

Professor Bumblebrain's Bonkers Book on Prayer by Andy Robb

Professor Bumblebrain invites you to join him and his expert panel, Lightning and Einstein on their intrepid investigation into understanding prayer. Asking questions, he takes inspiring examples from the Bible to illustrate his points and engage his readers. Among the characters we find the apostle Peter, prophet Elijah, king's right-hand man Daniel and Jesus Himself -- all who knew personally the power of prayer. This book, the latest in the popular Bumblebrain series by writer and illustrator Andy Robb, helps children to understand prayer for themselves, encouraging them to talk regularly with God, expect Him to respond and ultimately develop a personal relationship with Him at any time and in any place.

About the Author

Andy Robb

Andy Robb was born in Devon. Once he realised that he was too short to be taken seriously as a costumed hero, he decided to spend as much time as he could playing make-believe. After training as an actor, he went on to appear in stage plays, TV dramas and films, including 'The Woman in Black' with Daniel Radcliffe, released in 2011, and 'Coronation Street' (as Brian Tilsley’s murderer). Whilst acting Andy wrote a number of pieces for stage, television and radio before a chance encounter with best-selling author Alex Garland inspired him to start writing fiction.

Geekhood is his debut novel. Andy lives on a house boat on the Thames.
