Little White Feather by Jan Yoxall is the first from the new series of meditation CDs for children called - The Great Spirit Series For little Souls . Containing three tracks, Little White Feather , The Stone Spirit, The Wolf & The Buffalo , & Morning Star Meditation , this CD will help children with creativity, confidence & self esteem. The meditations are built around the life of Little White Feather, a little Native American boy, and his family. Use of this CD will encourage children to be imaginative, with a respect for people, animals and the world around them. Using this CD at bedtime or for general relaxation will help to focus energy, and develop self awareness. It encourages children to relax naturally and develop a sense of security and inner peace.
