About the Author

Bernette Ford has written many books for children. A children's book publisher for many years, she now works as a children's book consultant and packager through her company Color-Bridge Books. Bernette lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, George Ford, an award-winning illustrator. Cristiano Sorrentino was born in Naples, Italy and has had a passion for drawing from an early age. Korky was inspired by his family dog Gorkij, who lives with Cristiano's parents in Naples. I Love Korky is Cristiano's first book for children.
