Each book has four sections, covering healthy lifestyle, healthy diet, exercise and self-management. It includes worksheets that develop and reinforce the understanding of lifestyle concepts through literacy-based activities and include background information, activities to complete and a lifestyle challenge. It offers teachers notes that accompany each worksheet, providing objective, background information, activity instructions, suggestions for additional activities and answers. It includes curriculum links, glossary of terms, assessment proforma and a variety of pupil proformas.
