Sie stand unter dem Titel Instrumente des Umweltrechts in beiden deutschen Staaten . Da der Einigungsvertrag das Umweltrecht in der fruheren DDR nicht vollstandig beseitigt hat, sind die Bei- trage nicht nur von markantem historischem Interesse, sondern sie behalten auch nach der Vereinigung beider deutscher Staaten in gewissem Umfang praktische Bedeutung. Sie erleichtern daruber hinaus das Verstandnis fur die auftretenden Anpassungsprobleme.
