Dog loves books so much that he decides to open his own bookshop. At first customers are scarce. However, this is all right, because Dog is surrounded by books so he's never short of friends or an adventure. And when customers start coming into his store, Dog knows exactly which books to recommend.

About the Author

Louise Yates began drawing pictures to go with the stories she wrote for school and, at a young age, began telling people that she wanted to be a children's book illustrator. She won a scholarship to study art and, in 2002, received a BA in English literature from Oxford University. Louise lives in London.
