Celebrate Grandparents Day with 40 great books featuring the older generation

3rd October 2021 is Grandparents Day. It's been celebrated on the first Sunday in October since 2008 to honour grandparents, to give grandparents an opportunity to show love for their children's children and to help children become aware of the strength, information and guidance older people can offer.

To celebrate our grandparents by giving them their time in the spotlight, we have selected a collection of books which are perfect to read with your elders, or about them to make you feel closer when you are apart.

Whether it's this Grandparents Day, or any day of the year, dive into these books and remember why our grandparents are so special.
