A book to be read after dark if you dare. This is terrific writing coupled with such an exciting and frightening storyline of good versus evil that you really will be hanging onto the bedcovers while reading it. It's the third in the Wardstone Chronicles, but each one is a story in itself so not essential to read the first two before reading this one.
