Synopsis

A Puppy for Annie by Kim Lewis

A loving tribute to the friendship between a girl and her dog, from the much-loved creator of Floss. Annie loves her new puppy, Bess. But when Bess rattles her bowl or scratches the door, what is she trying to say? With her mother's help, Annie soon learns what Bess is telling her. But what will Bess do when her best friend leaves for school?

About the Author

Kim Lewis is a Canadian-born artist, printmaker, author and illustrator. She is the creator of many award-winning picture books, including Floss, Just Like Floss, Little Baa, and a trilogy of picture books starring an adorable toy elephant: Goodnight Harry, Hooray for Harry and Here We Go, Harry!
