Synopsis

Cuddly Dudley by Jez Alborough

A comically cuddly tale about an irresistibly huggable penguin called Dudley. Dudley is so lovely and cuddly that his brothers and sisters just can't leave him alone - even when he wants some time to himself. So Dudley sets off alone across the tundra, until he discovers that maybe being with friends - and being incredibly cuddly - isn't so bad after all...

Reviews

About the Author

Jez Alborough

Jez Alborough was born in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey in 1959. As a young boy he was always very creative but it was not until a guest bought him a box of crisp white paper, some pencils and a rubber that he expressed his creativity in drawing. As Jez says "It was an act of support and encouragement which I have never forgotten. The identity of this guest remains to this day a mystery. I like to think he was my guardian angel."

Jez is very much in demand for storytelling events for children, as well as speaking about his work to librarians and teachers.

He lives in London with his wife and enjoys playing the guitar and walking along the river.
