Synopsis

Yakari Island Prisoners by Job

When a storm takes them by surprise, Yakari, his best friend Rainbow and his pony Little Thunder take cover in a cave. They discover when they come out of their refuge that the hill they are on is surrounded by rising water. On this new island, they befriend a wounded moose threatened by a merciless predator.

About the Author

Derib and Job have been writing YakariA stories for over 30 years and have both received lifetime achievement awards for their outstanding work. At the comics festival at Angouleme in 2006, Yakari won the prix jeunesse 7-8 ansA or youth prize 7-8 years.A
