About the Author

Annabel Karmel is a busy working mother with three children and an expert in getting your children no matter how fussy to eat a healthy diet without them even noticing. She has written fifteen previous titles including the bestselling SuperFoods for Babies and Toddlers and New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner. She appears regularly on TV and radio as an expert on children’s nutritional issues on programmes such as BBC Breakfast, Sky News, ITV News, Saturday Kitchen, BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 5 and writes frequently for consumer and parenting titles and web-site including Mother and Baby, and In 2007, Annabel was chosen as one of Britain’s six iconic chefs by ITV’s This Morning. She was also the Foodie Godmother travelling around the country solving the problems of fussy eaters in a very successful 10 part series for Ch 4’s The Richard and Judy Show.
