Teresa Ann Bell is an author living in Boulder, CO. Her enthusiasm to explore children's books came from watching her two children and their curiosity and zest for life. She published her first book, GirlSpire, on self-esteem and empowerment in 2010, but began crafting the What? Where? Why? series much earlier.
