What if Ellie had made it to Paradise Falls when she was young? Ellie McGill is sixteen years old, fed up with small-town life and eager for her very own adventure! She and her best friend, Carl, dream of adventuring and travelling to far-off places.

While working at a zoo, Ellie is tasked with saving a rare bird. A risky opportunity arises to return the bird to its true home at the legendary Paradise Falls, and Ellie sees her chance to finally chase the adventure she's always wanted. But as she rushes towards the unknown, She must face the consequences of her impulsive nature.
