Synopsis

Zoe And The Wishing Star by Jane Andrews

As Zoë and Pip help the Fairy Queen one evening they see the Wishing Star. As they gaze at it they are suddenly whisked away from the Fairy Kingdom into the real world. Below them is a little girl reading a book about cats and longing for one of her own. This isn’t possible her mother explains, and even Zoë and Pip find that all the cats they talk to are very happy with their lot. However, in the same large house the fairies see a sad-looking cat through the window of his flat. And Zoë and Pip find a solution that tests their magic powers.
