Gillian Rowe is a co-founder of the literacy focused non-profit organisation Read For Life. In her role as a director she organised literacy and reading programmes across Barbados, Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Gillian co-founded the organisation after self-publishing her silver award winning book But Johnny Didn't Hear Me. She lives in Barbados and London.
