After spending many years teaching, Caroline now practises as a Counsellor and has spent the pandemic helping and supporting people with their emotional wellbeing. through writing, presenting, and providing therapy. Caroline is a proud mother to three daughters: Victoria, Alexandra and Harriet and grandmother to Oliver. Her hobbies include playing her bagpipes with an international pipe band and following her favourite football team, Chelsea FC.
