David MacPhail has worked as a chicken wrangler, a ghost-tour guide, and a waiter on a tropical island, and he now has the sensible job of writing about yetis, Vikings, mad aliens and the funny side of history.
David is the author of the Lollies-shortlisted Thorfinn the Nicest Viking series, the Top-Secret Grandad series, the Velda the Awesomest Viking series, An Amazing Illustrated Atlas of Scotland and An Amazing History Atlas of Scotland.
He lives in Perthshire, Scotland.
