Iryna gained her first degree in dentistry and followed this with an additional qualification in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Then she worked at the university for seven years as a dental surgeon and lecturer. She lives with her family in Hampshire and works as compliance and quality assurance manager, dental tutor and examiner. Outside of work, she has two children.
