Kate Asquith is a writer and illustrator from Cumbria, currently living in London. She studied English at the University of Oxford, and Fashion Journalism at the University of the Arts London, which cultivated her interest in language and culture. Kate believes in empowering young people to make change, and has enjoyed volunteering with Girlguiding for many years. She now works in the charity sector.
