Melinda Peto is an author, entrepreneur and visionary. She was inspired to write her first award winning book Where Is Lindy's Voice to empower young readers to look within rather than outside of themselves to find their highest expression. Melinda's second book, My Home Is Me, was inspired by her own experience as a child. Growing up in Houston, Texas, her parents divorced when she was three years old. She physically had many homes and learned through this life experience the importance of home and its definition. Melinda is an entrepreneur and owns businesses in the legal and hospitality industries. She actively pursues social justice issues. She travels the world to sacred sites as part of her robust spiritual practice. Melinda received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Journalism from Texas A& M University. Melinda lives in Golden, Colorado.
