Since completing his Batchelor of Education degree at Homerton College, Cambridge, Neil has spent most of his career working with secondary aged pupils in alternate provision through online learning. He uses the same logical thinking skills he brings to Non-Verbal Reasoning to planning improvements to the online systems. Neil is currently the E-Safety and Support Officer at Academy21 where he handles support for all users, timetable planning and e-safety . Outside of the world of education Neil has been heavily involved in his local community, running youth clubs and being a trustee of his local community centre. Peter has been developing and illustrating Non-Verbal Reasoning (NVR) items for 25 years.
