Philip Wooderson studied history at Sussex University and then moved to Cornwall to paint, run a restaurent and write local history books. In 1979 he began to import Italian wines and he moved to Tuscany in 1985. Now he lives for part of the year inUmbria and the rest in Stoke Newington, North London. He spends his time painting, renovating old buildings - and writing stories for children.
