The author worked as a bricklayer and builder for most of his working life. It wasn't until late in life that he became interested in artwork and began painting watercolour landscapes. This book was born from an evening as a spectator at a sports club where there is an artificial ski slope. Staff and members were taking part in a fun evening skiing. When all events had ended, everyone returned to the club house for refreshments. The slopes were still all fully lit and looking out of the panoramic window, they witnessed rabbits appearing on the slopes hopping, skipping and jumping. Thus began the story.
