Conker Wood Synopsis

Imagine a place where there’s swimming, fishing and boating. A place where there are trees to climb, long banks and slopes to slide down and paths to explore. A place for games and adventure for everyone. A place where there is always something to do, friends to make and keep, and challenges to meet.
Now imagine this is a place where birds and animals live happily together, interacting with one another on a daily basis. And now imagine who might be most important there, someone to look up to.
The place is Conker Wood and, of course, Hoowits the Owl is the most important. Like all owls, Hoowits is very wise! That’s exactly what he thinks too, especially when he’s perched on his Thinking Branch!
Hoowits helps the Wood friends through many problems, but these stories are not only about him; why is Wodge the Woodpigeon so busy, and where does Crowley the Crow’s fantastic dream take him? Even Hoowits makes a mistake! All this will be revealed when you read these stories.
