Freddy, a young English boy, goes on a family holiday to the Australian Outback for his summer break. Whilst in Australia, he befriends an Australian marsupial mouse named Milo. There was one very special thing about Milo and that was that Freddy could understand every word that Milo spoke but not just Milo. He could understand all the other animals in the Outback as well. Now Freddy and Milo started on an adventure that would change their lives forever, and as their friendship grew and the daily exploits of the two friends got more adventurous, they became like brothers.
