Woodpecker and Owl are neighbors but not friends. Owl does nothing but complain about Woodpecker's pecking, which interrupts his daytime sleeping. The feud between the two gets so big, and Owl's temper so foul, that the other forest anilmals try to intercede -- to no avail.
