This One's for the Gals, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was created in an effort to help girls in grades k-12 with career exploration and workforce development in the construction, energy and manufacturing industries with the goal of empowering girls to step out of their comfort zone and step into a world of endless possibilities in industry.
Through sharing stories of the very many amazing women that are out in these industries, we hope to help girls see themselves in these roles. Most importantly, we want girls to know that they can do hard things, and we are here to show them how.
