Phillip Cullen is an illustrator from Dublin. He Studied Classical Animation at BCFE and has worked for over 10 years in the Youth and Community sector using creative arts to teach children and young people. He is the illustrator of The Friendship Fairies series by Lucy Kennedy. Dragon Dave the (Not-So) Brave is his first picture book.
