Cameron Battle and the Hidden Kingdoms

If you like magic, action and adventure this is the book for you. Featuring battles and magic there is something for everyone. I would recommend it to nine- to twelve-year-olds.

This story is set-in modern-day Atlanta were three friends get sucked into the magical world of Chidani, a country cut off from the world to protect the Igbo people. But the queen’s evil sister has stolen queen Ramaala's sacred gifts and it is up to the three friends to get them back. If you like magic, action and adventure this is the book for you. Featuring battles and magic there is something for everyone. I enjoyed this book because it had just the right amount of action, not leaving you longing for more action but also not overloading you with too much action. I liked the griffins and I thought they were very well described. If there was one thing, I would say it would be that I found some of the characters hard to believe and empathise with. It was very enjoyable but at times I thought it was a bit slow. It was beautifully written and well described. I would recommend it to nine- to twelve-year-old readers.

Cameron Battle is amazing, it has action, tragedy and fun.

Cameron Battle was amazing, it has action, tragedy and fun and I would recommend it to all the fantasy people out there. The Gods have the humour like the ones in Who Let the Gods Out and the Mmo were a bit like the orcs from Lord of the Rings. It was one of the most interesting books I've ever read. It was hard to get the story line at the start but it was much better nearer the end, so I would recommend to slightly older readers.
