Skandar and the Chaos Trials

If you haven't read any of the SKANDAR series yet, then why not?! I can guarantee you will love these books.

This book was AMAZING!! I loved Skandar and the Chaos Trials even more than the last one (and that one was amazing too). It was full of danger, action, and huge surprises!

Skandar is growing up and facing really hard challenges, but he still cares about his friends and family. There were lots of twists I didn’t expect and some parts made me gasp out loud. The world of the Eyrie is so magical and exciting, I wish it was real.

This story made me feel excited, nervous, happy, and sometimes sad – but in a good way! If you haven't read any of the SKANDAR series yet, then why not?! I can guarantee you will love these books.

It’s an amazing storyline and a really good book.

Skandar meets these people called the wanderers who help him. It is important that he passes the trials, so he isn’t declared a nomad. Skandar fights the Weaver for a second time and his instructor (Everhart) helps him defeat the Weaver. Skandar has a fall out with Bobby Bruna and then Flo but they all make up in the end though, so it isn’t that bad. The book is lovely, the storyline is great, and I liked it because it was a really exciting, adventurous book and I really like reading it. It is just an amazing book.

This book is great for lovers of adventure, magic and thrill, it will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very last page! If you’ve read (and enjoyed) books like Amari and the night brothers or the Harry Potter series, you're bound to enjoy this new and gripping series too!

Skandar is in his third year at the eyrie - fledgling year. But it is also the Chaos trials year, a series of thrilling, death defying challenges designed to strengthen rider and unicorn bonds based on the four elements (fire, earth, water and air). But that is not all that Skandar has to worry about…his sister Kenna is now training at the eyrie with her wild unicorn, Goshawks Fury. This is unsettling everyone and causing an atmosphere of fear and distrust (wild unicorns are not meant to have riders). But when Kenna is forced to go on the run and abandons the eyrie, everyone is looking for her and it seems like the island will not rest until she is caught and is safely behind bars. With these two challenges on his shoulders, can Skandar make it through to the next year at the eyrie, but also help Kenna stay safe and manage Goshawks Fury too?
If you’ve read (and enjoyed) books like Amari and the night brothers or the Harry Potter series, you're bound to enjoy this new and gripping series too! I really enjoyed the excitement around this book and loved the feeling of going on the amazing adventures with Skandar and his friends too. Overall I’d say that it is a great book. I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward to the next book in the series!

Incredible third book to the series, more adventures, more growing for all and dangers to come.

Well this book definitely didn't disappoint me, once I started, I just couldn't put it down and just kept saying one more chapter. I love how most of the chapters finish on cliff hangers just pulling you in that little bit more. The adventures continue and friendships continue to grow but even more dangers lie ahead for Skandar.
