Highlights presents Anton's Simple Gift written by Donovan Sutherland. After Anton gives flowers from his mom's garden to his neighbor, Mrs. Lawson, she dries and presses them to make book covers. Mrs. Lawson then gives the book covers to the library at the community center where they're put on children's books. Later some children from the community center visit Anton in the hospital and read to him. Anton notices that the daisy on one of their book covers looks like a flower from his mom's garden, and Anton's gift comes full circle.
