Joseph Wilkins (Author) Joseph Wilkins is an illustrator and designer based in the city of Oxford, UK. He currently works from a studio near the vibrant Cowley road. A graduate of Falmouth College of Arts in Cornwall, Joseph has spent the last decade honing his skills and developing a successful freelance career. He has considerable experience working in publishing, including educational work and comics.
