My name is Luke Roberts and I am an electrician by trade. I've always been into the arts thanks to my amazing dad who is the illustrator for this book. I have played the guitar from a young age and wrote songs but as I got older and had children my inspiration for writing swiftly changed. I had an idea for this book years ago but due to a busy working life I found it hard to find time to sit down and write. Over the past year though I have found myself working away and due to COVID after work all I can do is go to my room. So I found myself in the perfect position to write and after the book was complete I read it to my eldest, Mykie, and his reaction was amazing. He now quotes the book in day to day life and draws his own versions of how he sees the characters. This has certainly inspired both him and myself.
