Maryanne Johns is a proud Indigenous Noongar from the Western Australian town of Katanning. She started her career as an education assistant. Then with her first publication, Mischievous Mackie, excitedly, she is now an author as well. Maryanne is a big dreamer who has spent her life trying to make her dreams become a reality. She loves to bring laughs and happiness into the lives of those who are in need of it through her stand-up comedy, writing and most importantly her individuality.
