"A special book to share and one you will return to whatever the weather. "
Two young creatures, Fox and Hare, discover the wonder of snow in this sparkling (literally) picture book.
Tern tells them that snow is on the way but, having no experience of it yet, they ask their friends Bear, Caribou, Salmon and Goose, what to expect. The descriptions are lovely, ‘Snow is sparkly, like your eyes’, says Goose, and the landscape and animals beautifully rendered in Yuval Zommer’ s illustrations, the scenes of the animals playing in the snow a shivery delight.
It’s a story of friendship, discovery and an adventure in distant lands too. A very special book to share and one you will return to whatever the weather.
A gorgeous Christmas picture book that's destined to become a festive classic.
