In the hopes of one day becoming an official PHANTOM Agent, twelve-year-old Jamaal Target has spent every waking minute training. Worried he'll burn out, PHANTOM put him on a temporary training ban, much to his dismay.

So when Jamaal comes face to face with a group of criminals called the Riding Raiders, known for their notorious heists, he decides to intercept them, desperate to prove his worth to PHANTOM.

Yet it soon becomes clear Jamaal is in over his head when he's dragged into the Riding Raider's latest heist - stealing a golden gargoyle from a high-security art gallery. On the surface, the gargoyle seems harmless, but Jamaal's about to find out it could just trigger the next world war . . . Will Jamaal's training and superpowers be enough to save humankind?
