Ruby's Camping Adventure

Ruby's Camping Adventure Synopsis

Lost in the woods. Rejected by forest animals. Will this fox-like dog find some kindness and a way back to her best friend?

Ruby is a cute, cuddly Shiba Inu with a mind of her own and a knack for trouble. Ruby chases a rabbit on a camping trip with her best friend, Anna, and becomes lost in the woods. The fox-like dog comes face-to-face with several forest animals, including a bear, a beaver, and a moose, who make snap judgements about the little pup and reject her based on their preconceived notions. Eventually, the sad Shiba Inu finds a wise owl who can see that Ruby is a little dog with a big heart.

Ruby's Camping Adventure is a fun and charming adventure tale for young readers (ages 2 - 6) that will keep kids in suspense, while delivering subtle messages that stereotypes are hurtful and that loyalty, kindness, and tolerance are important. It features spectacular bright and bold double-age illustrations that capture the attention of children, while also earning top reviews from adults.
